Event Schedule

07:00–10:00 – Official Weigh-ins

  • For all competitors in all age and weight categories.

 

10:00–11:00 – Rules Meeting & Venue Preparation

  • Rules briefing for athletes.

  • Time allocated for athlete warm-up.

  • Final mat and venue setup.

  • Media and interviews begin (and continue throughout the event in the designated media zone).

 

11:00–12:00 – Children’s Division

  • Approximately 20 matches.

  • Two mats used simultaneously.

  • Average match time: 3 minutes, with 2-minute breaks between matches.

  • Estimated duration: 1 hour and 10 minutes.

 

12:00–12:15 – Medal Ceremony: Children’s Division

  • Medal presentation for children's category.

  • Duration: 15 minutes.

 

12:15–13:15 – Beginners Division

  • Matches held on two mats.

  • Estimated duration: 1 hour and 10 minutes.

 

13:15–13:30 – Medal Ceremony: Beginners Division

  • Medal presentation for beginners.

  • Duration: 15 minutes.

3:30–14:50 – Intermediate & Advanced Divisions

  • Matches held on two mats.

  • Estimated duration: 1 hour and 20 minutes.

 

14:50–15:05 – Medal Ceremony: Intermediate & Advanced

  • Medal presentation for intermediate and advanced competitors.

  • Duration: 15 minutes.

 

15:05–16:30 – Pro Division (Adults & Masters)

  • Matches held on two mats.

  • Estimated duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes.

 

16:30–16:50 – Medal Ceremony: Pro Division

  • Medal presentation for Pro and Masters categories.

  • Duration: 15 minutes.

 

16:50–17:00 – Event Closing & Team Awards

  • Presentation of team trophies and cash prizes for the best team.

  • Official closing of the event and acknowledgments.

 

Organizational Notes

  • Media and interview activities will run throughout the event in a designated media area.

  • Breaks and ceremonies are built into the schedule to ensure smooth transitions and flexibility in case of delays.

  • Each division is allocated sufficient time for matches and recognition of athletes.

  • The schedule may be adapted on-site as needed, with clear communication to staff, participants, and media.
